Other Information: I know that I have one half sister from my birth mothers first marriage. She was born 8/24/57, I had one brother that was born 9/8/56 and died 12/8/56 as a result of being placed in scalding hot water for a bath. My birthmothers second marriage to Mr. Schrock resulted in 3 children. My birth sister was born on 7/18/60 who went to live with her grandparents, my birth brother born on 12/19/61 who was placed in an adoptive home in December of 1963 and then myself. My birth father was dark haired, dark eyed, and small framed. He worked for the County Road Commission in order to receive welfare checks. My birth mother only had a 6th grade education apparently due to an illness. At the time of my adoption she was considered to be a relatively large woman in good health with questionable mental condition. She married the first time at the age of 16. The information that I have been given is that my Great-grandfather on my birth father's side was a bishop in the Amish church. However due to the fact that my birth father married a divorcee he was ex-communicated from the church and lost contact with his family. Anyone that can offer any assistance or info please contact me. I dont want to interrupt anyone's lives and have no hard feelings, just want to fill a void that has been with me since I can remember.
